I think this ayat is super deep. Menusuk jiwa raga kalbu.

"Dan apabila Kami berikan rahmat kepada manusia, nescaya mereka gembira dengan (rahmat) itu. Tetapi apabila mereka ditimpa sesuatu musibah disebabkan oleh kesalahan mereka sendiri, lalu mereka berputus asa" (30:36)

True indeed. Takda lah berputus asa but you start to overthinking and everything seems impossible. But the truth is you don't try hard enough. It's been many many years you didn't really feel the pressure of studying like you do now, and you happy with it. Sekarang? You just have to study harder and smarter. Remember, you are going to be a doctor! Remember, your act will affect your patients. You don't want to harm your patient. Sebab tu study medicine tu is not easy. Semoga dipermudah. InshaaAllah.
